1960/70's

1960 born and grew up in the Derbyshire Peak District…
The village of Eyam that was a plague village in more ways than one!

1978-9 Studied Art Foundation at Chesterfield College of Art

1980's

1979-82 Studied Studio Ceramics
at Chesterfield College of Art
1982 Married Steve and moved to Bristol, continued to make ceramics.
1983  Moved to Preston, where Lois and Phoebe were born. Took an active part in the community life of Ashton-on-Ribble, which included building a raku kiln in a friend's back yard.
​1989 Moved to St.Ives where I met and became friends with people living alternative lifestyles in the town and in other parts of Penwith.

​1990's

1991 Timna was born. I moved away from ceramics and became involved in the artist communities in St.Ives and Penzance. I began to experiment with drawing, painting and printmaking, which became my primary media. 
1998 Moved to Newlyn and focused on drawing and painting in my studio overlooking Mount's Bay. Exhibited mainly in St.Just, St.Ives and Penzance

2000's

2001-3 Studied Contemporary Visual Arts - MA, UCF (University College Falmouth)
2004 Worked at UCF - 2D Technician 
2004 Moved to Derbyshire
2005 Started PhD Research, Loughborough University
2006 Became tenant of an allotment in Baslow
2008 Returned to Cornwall

2010's

2010 Became tenant of an allotment in St.Ives
2011 Completed PhD
2013 Research Assistant, Loughborough University
2013 Founded Roaming CIC, which continues…
2015 Took up studio at Krowji, Redruth
2017 March moved out of Krowji and showed the work I'd made there in a exhibition at Redwing Gallery, Penzance.
2017 December moved into Studio 4, Whites Old Workshops, Porthmeor Road, St.Ives.
2019 October moved out of Whites Old Workshops.
